For Cabbage Peas Stuffing:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1½ tsp
Pinch of asafetida
Garlic, crushed - 1 tbsp
Ginger, crushed - ½ tbsp
Green peas - ½ cup
Cabbage, shredded - 2 cup
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chili, finely chopped - 1
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Dried mango powder - 2 tsp
For dough:
Whole wheat flour - 2 cup
oil - 1 tsp
A pinch of salt

For Paratha:
some extra wheat flour for rolling
butter or oil for roasting
