Sushi, now it seems the cuisine of another country's cherry "boom" :) Because apart from the delicious flavor and unique shape, Sushi has a high nutrient, we try to make sushi....

ingredients:
500 grams of rice
80 ml ??rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Dried seaweed
mayonaise
Fill Material (optional):
avocado
cucumber
eggs
smoked Salmon
tuna

80 ml ??rice wine vinegar

How to prepare:
1. Cook the rice as usual.
2. When the rice is almost cooked mixed with rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt.
3. Cool the rice and set it into a thin layer on top of a sheet of dried seaweed.
4. Set the contents that have been cut across the top of one side of the rice that is set on top of the seaweed.
5. Season with mayonnaise and roll in the opposite direction.
6. Cut into pieces and serve.
Note:
For variety, which has been given a seaweed rice can be rolled with a conical shape and then filled with a mixture of content and mayonnaise.
Usually the type of rice used is Japanese rice is short and fat because it more closely.
