This Caprese Arugula Flatbread Pizza recipe is a date night in and a weeknight dinner miracle worker! It’s Netflix binge-worthy, romantic, quick to make, great with a glass of wine, and has a good dose of greens!!!

1 can of pizza sauce
6 to 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 cups arugula
~ 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
