Caramel Muffins

Delicious sweet caramel chocolate muffins with cream cheese.

1. Cream cheese 8 table spoons
2. Tinned caramel 5 teaspoons
3. White flour 4 cups
4. Coaco powder 1 cup
5. Granulated white sugar 1 cup
6. Two large eggs
7. Water 200ml
8. Vegetable oil 125ml
9. Chocolate chips handful
10. Caramel essence half a teaspoon
11. Baking powder 4 teaspoons
Firstly set your oven to 180 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Proceed to beat your egg\\\\\\\'s, oil, water and caramel essence until well beaten. Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and fold together until well covered Please do not over mix your batter. Add chocolate chips if desired for that little crunchiness. Proceed to pour your mix into 12 muffin cases, bake for 20min. For the topping: beat cream cheese with tinned caramel and a bit of cocoa in electric mixer for 9 min. Put in piping bag and only pipe (star shape) on cooled muffins. Sprinkle with sweets.
