Cheese & Spice Twice Baked Potatoes

These potatoes are loaded with cheesy, spicy goodness!

4 baking potatoes (8-10 oz each)
2 tbsp. butter
½ c. sour cream
3 green onions (white & green portions) chopped
1 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning, divided
3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Pierce potatoes with fork and bake at 350 deg., wrapped in foil, for 45-60 minutes until done. While still warm, cut each potato in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the potato flesh using a spoon (a melon ball scoop works great for this) into a large bowl; reserving the skins on a baking sheet for refilling. In the bowl; mash potatoes, butter, sour cream, green onions, 1 tsp. Montreal Steak seasoning, and cheese. Mound each potato skin with filling. Sprinkle each potato half with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Place in oven until warmed through. Serves 8 (or 4 hearty appetites!)
