A dessert twist on a common appetizer at Asian restaurants -- crab cheese rangoons. Rangoon wrappers are stuffed with a sweetened cream cheese and raspberry filling for a healthy dessert. Perfect for entertaining or a fun snack on family game night.

½ c whole raspberries (firmly packed)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cornstarch
splash water
½ c low fat cream cheese
? c powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
nonstick spray
additional sugar for dusting
