Cheesey Hawgs in a Sleeping Bag

Excelent for tossing in the oven for late night snacking. Very fun and easy to make. Extremely cool looking when done! Perfect for tailgating and finger food parties. Kids and husbands love these!

1- 14 oz. pkg Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
2- 8 oz pkgs Crescent Rolls
8 oz pkg of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (optional)
ketchup, mustard or BBQ sauce for dipping
Pan fry the smoked sausage in a skillet to heat all the way through and to get a little crunchy crust on the sausage. Pat it dry with paper towels. (*this step is optional but I have found that it makes a difference in the sausage not being too greasy for my family) I started with Kielbasa or Smoked Sausages, like Hillshire Farms or Johnsonville type. Lay the crescent roll triangles, with the wide side closest to you, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese. Wrapped the Crescent Rolls around the cheese and sausage and put it in the oven on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees, or until their golden brown. Serve and dip in ketchup, mustard, or barbecue sauce.

Rich and fudgy, this easy Chocolate Zucchini Bread is the perfect cross between a chocolate pound cake, brownies, and a classic loaf of zucchini bread! It's moist and tender thanks to sour cream in the batter, and studded with miniature chocolate chips for even more decadent flavor. Serve a couple of slices of double chocolate zucchini bread for breakfast or brunch with a cup of coffee, for an afternoon snack with a glass of milk, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.

1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c milk
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (½ t) baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 c shredded zucchini ( patted dry )
