Cheesey Tortellini Bake

This delicious all-in-one-dish dinner will quickly become a family favorite! Cheesey tortellini, savory spaghetti sauce and plenty of ground beef to get your protein fix! Best of all, it's all in one casserole dish, so you can scoop and eat.

1.5 pound of ground beef
Small White Onion, diced
Minced Garlic
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 24 oz package of fresh cheese tortellini
3 cups of freshly grated mozzarella cheese
Italian Herbs as preferred
Preheat oven to 350 degree. 1. Brown the ground beef. 2. Add diced onion, garlic, Italian herbs and tomato sauce to ground beef and let simmer. 3. Stir in uncooked tortellini and 1 cup of the cheese. 4. Line a casserole dish with tin foil (for easy clean up!) and transfer food to casserole dish. 5. Add the rest of the cheese to the top of the ingredients. Make sure all tortellini is covered by cheese or sauce. 6. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes. Enjoy! Note: using a tortellini stuffed with more than cheese is a great way to mix up your recipe each time you make it. Ravioli is also an option, but beware as it isn't as sturdy as tortellini when stirring. Also, if you like a healthier option, go with less cheese and a 97/3 lean ground beef. You can always throw in some extra veggies like tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms or zucchini!
