Cheesy Bacon Oven Chips

Ok first off :drool: These are so tasty I cannot lie if I had to. We had these sided with hamburgers and everyone wanted something different instead of fries so I found this off of Pinterest. This recipe also calls for bacon bits but I just cooked up my own bacon and made my own bits. Even better!

5 potatoes
cooking spray
1 cup. shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
chopped parsley or chives, for garnish
