Cheesy Biscuit

Its a beautiful combo of biscuit and cheesy goodness. I created this for my daughter who loves carbohydrates, but has gluten sensitivities. They are an amazing hearty side to any salad or soup, and a mouth watering addition to any meal! Enjoy!

3/4 cup almond flour
1 cup rice flour, white
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. xanthum gum
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup melted coconut milk
1 cup coconut milk
1 egg
Preheat Oven to 350 1. Mix dry & wet ingredients separately (cheese is a dry ingredient). 2. Mix wet & dry ingredients together. 3. Use a table spoon to make 2 by2 inch scoops on a greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 17 minutes, makes 12-14 biscuits. Serving Size=2 biscuits 5. Let cool for 5 minutes.
