Cheesy Chicken

Must for every cheese lover. A twist of chicken curry with yumm cheese flavour. Mix of idian and oriental

Chicken - 1 kg (preferably boneless pieces)
cashew nuts - 1 c up ( non salted cooking cashew)
green chillies- 2-3 no's
Garlic cloves - 5 no's (chopped)
Jeera - 1 tsp
Peppercorns- 3-4 no's
Butter- 1 tspn
Oil- 1 tspn
Cheese - 1 cube
Salt and pepper to taste
Grind the cashew, chillies , garlic, jeera and peppercorns together to form a fine paste. In a pan, heat butter and oil. Now sauté, the chicken in salt and pepper. Remove the chicken and keep aside. Add the paste to the oil and sauté on low flame. After saueting the paste, add the chicken ad mix well. Let it cook on low flame till the Chicken is done. (add water if required) Once the chicken is cooked well there will be some oil floating on top of the gravy is ready. Now shred cheese on top and cover the pan.
