Cheesy Grits & Shrimp

A southern classic with a Cajun twist!

1/2 c Quick-Cook Grits,uncooked
8 oz. Shrimp
3 slices of bacon, cooked, drained, chopped
2 green onions, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp File (optional)
Tabasco or Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
