Taco-seasoned lean ground beef with salsa and hot sauce in between layers of curly egg noodles smothered by melty cheddar cheese.

1 pkg (12 oz) egg noodles
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
4 ounces ? less fat cream cheese
¼ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
3 cups mild salsa, separated
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and separated
1 (16 oz) container mild taco sauce, separated
