I made my first ever {white corn tortillas} and was so excited at how great they turned out that I decided to use them for this mouthwatering Mexican dish! This cheesy turkey enchilada bake is the kind of dish that makes you go mmmmmmm as you eat it! At least that's what it sounds like at our dinner table! 12 {white corn tortillas}
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
1 lb fresh ground turkey
2 Tablespoons taco seasonings-I use Trader Joe's
1-10 ounce can enchilada sauce
1 cup salsa
2 cups Mexican cheese-shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro-chopped
lime wedges and sour cream-optional
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
1 lb fresh ground turkey
2 Tablespoons taco seasonings-I use Trader Joe's
1-10 ounce can enchilada sauce
1 cup salsa
2 cups Mexican cheese-shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro-chopped
lime wedges and sour cream-optional
Preheat oven 350F
In a saute pan heat oil and garlic.
Add the ground turkey and taco seasonings and cook until no longer pink, drain any liquid.
