Cherry Zucchini with Smoked Salmon

1 zucchini
3 cherries
1 ounce smoked salmon
Peel the zucchini, cut off the tip, then slice into rounds. Remove the cores of the cherries, then cut each into quarters. If you have large zucchini slices, cut the cherries into halves. Prepare a dish and start to assemble the materials. Begin with a zucchini slices at the bottom, then put a small piece of smoked salmon on top. Covered with a zucchini slice, then a little more smoked salmon. Top with cherry. Note: If you end up with uneven thickness of cucumber slices, use the ticker slices for bottom later, thinner slices for top layer.
