The best chewy chocolate chip cookies ever! These cookies stay soft even after several days.

2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg plus one additional egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
