Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas

Easy and delicious version that is healthy too. Makes for a quick dinner and great leftovers if you make extra.

2 cans of cut-up chicken breast (undrained)
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. taco or enchilada sauce
8 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups Mexican reduced fat cheese blend.
