A super easy pasta dish...you don't even have to cook the pasta beforehand!

1 14-16oz box of Penne pasta
1/2 cup diced onion
3 cup cooked, diced chicken
1 can diced tomatoes {undrained}
1 can tomato sauce {14-16 oz}
1 can chicken broth
1 can sliced mushrooms {I'm not a huge fan of canned mushrooms, but I don't always have fresh on hand!}
1 diced bell pepper {I use a yellow one}
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper to taste- I always shake a little on it
1/2 tsp minced garlic {1 clove}
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
