Chicken Cheese Curry

If you want to have chicken in delicious and luxurious way this is the best way to do it. You can have this with any bread.

Chicken- 1 kg (preferably boneless pieces)
Cashew - 1 cup ( non- salted, cooking cashew)
Green chilies -2-3 no's
Garlic - 5 cloves (chopped)
Jeera - 1 tspn
Peppercorns- 3-4 no's
Butter -1 tspn
Oil- 1 tspn
Cheese- 1 cube
Salt and pepper to taste
Grind the cashew, chilies, garlic, jeera and peppercorns together to form a fine paste. In a pan, heat butter and oil. Now saute, the chicken in salt and pepper. Remove the chicken and keep aside. Add the paste to the oil and saute on low flame. After sauteing the paste, add the chicken and mix well. Let it cook on low flame till the chicken is done ( add water if required) Once the chicken is cooked well there will be oil floating on top of the gravy. This is an indication that the gravy is ready. Now shred cheese on top and lower the pan.
