Chicken Egg Rolls (Freezer Meal)

Wrap up a couple batches of these rolls to keep in your freezer. They make a great side to our Wonton Soup or Stir Fry. Or throw them into you toaster oven anytime for a great snack.

For the filling:
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 chopped green onions
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 pound chicken
1 small head cabbage, shredded thin
3 carrots, peeled and shredded
2 cups fresh bean sprouts

To finish:
40 egg roll wrappers
1 Tbsp corn starch mixed with 3 tbsp water
