Everything you love about Chicken Fajitas transformed into a salad. Great way to cut out the carbs, just leave out the tortilla chip \\\"croutons\\\".

1 T vegetable oil
1 T butter
1 lb chicken tenders
2 T fajita seasoning
2 C chopped peppers (any combination of red green, yellow and/or red)
1 C sliced red onion
12 oz bagged salad
1 avocado sliced or diced
1 lime cut into wedges
2 T freshly chopped cilantro
Optional: crushed tortilla chips
