1 cup water
1 tsp chicken base
1 lb chicken breast or tender loins, cubed
2 yellow potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 carrot, cubed
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tbs red pepper powder
2 Tbs sugar, or more to taste
1 tsp chicken base
1 lb chicken breast or tender loins, cubed
2 yellow potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 carrot, cubed
1 medium onion, sliced
