Chicken in Golden Curry Sauce

An easy recipe for homemade curry sauce... it won't take much of your time and you will enjoy its exotic flavor...

16 oz chicken breast (diced)
2 tablespoons butter
16 oz cooking cream (neutral)
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon dried vegetable mix
to taste salt and pepper
2 cups rice OR 10 oz pasta (ex: macaroni)
1. Add some water and salt to the meat and cook at medium heat until tender. Drain. 2. Meanwhile cook rice or pasta as directed on package. Do not use any spices but salt. 3. Melt the butter at medium heat, add cooked chicken and dried vegetables and cook stirring occasionaly until it gets a crispy golden-brown crust. Add cooking cream and curry powder and cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens a bit. Do not overcook it, as it will be even more thickier when it gets cold. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve with pasta or rice and with some pickled cucumbers.
