Chicken breasts in a creamy parmesan sauce with basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Delicious served over pasta or rice.

• 4 thin chicken breasts (Mine were thin when I bought them, but you could pound them out)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
• ½ of an onion finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
• ½ cup of chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon of thyme
• ½ cup of shredded parmesan
• ¼ cup of sundried tomatoes chopped
• ¼ fresh basil, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon oil
