1. First boil the Chicken legs .
2. Put the chiken legs in a baking pan, along with the cleaned and sliced mushrooms.
3. Add the spices along with the soy sauce.
4. Pour into baking pan almost to the top of the broth boiled chiken legs.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes at 250 degrees until the sauce left in half.
