1/2 cup buttery spread, divided
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 medium Fuji apples, cored and thinly sliced

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
