Instead of take out, try this yummy recipe for Chicken Pad Thai

1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken (I used a mix of chicken breast and thighs)
4 eggs, scrambled
5 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (more if you like it spicier)
16 oz of dry, flat rice noodles
1/4 cup chopped, salted peanuts (optional)
