This is a quick one pot dinner! I love making this when I throw a bunch of things in a pot for a quick dinner. I use a big dutch oven pot . It is a healthy dish and spices up brown rice. You wont even know your eating brown rice....
Sautee chicken in oil and garlic. Add onions and green peppers. Add Mrs dash table blend, season salt and black pepper. Add 2 cups of long grain Uncle Ben's brown rice. Add 4 cups of water, Add chopped celery and a can of Goya pink beans or a can of your choice. Add a package of sazon seasoning and a can of diced tomatoes with peppers
