1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 TBSP. olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
2 cups of water
1 - 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 pkg. {12 oz.} pasta shells (but you can use any type of pasta you prefer)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
