Chicken Parmesan is always a family favorite; but top it sauteed spinach, and it's irresistible!

4 Chicken breasts
½ cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
½ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1-6 oz. package Baby Spinach
Olive oil
1 cup Tomato sauce or Marinara
8 oz. Fresh mozzarella, sliced into 8 pieces
½ cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
½ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1-6 oz. package Baby Spinach
Olive oil
1 cup Tomato sauce or Marinara
8 oz. Fresh mozzarella, sliced into 8 pieces
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Pound the chicken breast just to an even thickness.
3. You’ll need three shallow dishes. In one dish add the flour.
