Here is a recipe for chicken “bump” pie, a simple chicken pie you’ll love.

6 pieces of chicken (thighs or legs)
1 pound flour
1 tbsp sour cream
1 egg
1 tbs salt
2 and ¼ cups lukewarm water
4-6 tsp butter
½ cup milk

Set oven to 480F. Insert an oiled baking pan inside to warm up.
Wash chicken, add seasoned salt and 2 tbsp of oil, then set aside in a bowl.
