Chicken & Radish BBQ Kabobs

Have you ever eaten a cooked radish? Did you know that, when cooked, they taste very much like a potato? Radishes are a fun way to spice up a boring kabob. I tried roasting them with chicken and BBQ sauce, which was a wonderful twist!

3 large chicken breasts
12 radishes
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (we like Sweet Baby Ray's, Sweet and Spicy)
1 TBS oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
About 15-20 wooden skewers

About 15-20 wooden skewers
Soak the wooden skewers in warm water, for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 F, or the grill to medium-high.
Cut the chicken pieces into 1-inch cubes. Put in a bowl and coat with the BBQ sauce....
