1 Whole Skinless Chicken

3 Teaspoons Coriander Powder
3 Teaspoons Black Pepper (more or less as desired)
3 Teaspoons Turmeric Powder
3 Teaspoons Salt (more or less as desired)
2 Large Black Cardamom Pods
6 to 10 Cloves
½ Teaspoon Pepper Corns
¼ to ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
7 Cups of Water
1 Whole Skinless Chicken
2 Cups Diced and Chopped Onion

1. Cut chicken in 12 to 16 pieces. Wash, drain and set aside.
