Chicken Stewed Rice

Very tasty, yummy, healthy, food with lots of vitamins.

1 1/2 cups rice, 1 cup sweet corn, 1 cup boneless chicken pieces, 1 small chopped onion, 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 4 cups chicken stock, salt to taste.
In a large soup pot bring chicken stock, corn , garlic, onion, chicken pieces to a boil. Boil until chicken is done, usually 15 mins. Add rice and cook in a low flame until the rice is soft, add salt if needed. Garnish with fresh coriander.
