Pizza dough Ingredients :
2 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp dry milk powder
4 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
1 egg
Pizza Sauce Ingredients :
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp red chilies, crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 cup tomato puree or paste
2 tbsp ketchup
Toppings :
1 cup Chicken tikka chunks
1 onion, sliced
1 capsicum, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese( i used only mozzarella)
1 tbsp crushed red chillies
Olive oil, to brush
Chilli garlic sauce, to drizzle
