Chicken with Onion, Tomato and String Beans

This colorful chicken dish is a good companion of rice, noodles or bread.

½ pound chicken thigh.
1 tablespoon rice wine
½ tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced.
5 ginger slices
¼ cup chopped tomato
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup cut string beans
4 shiitake mushroom, cut into small pieces.
Cut chicken into small cubes, put in a bowl. Rub with and honey, pour rice wine and soy sauce over the chicken. Let marinade for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minutes. Add chicken with marinade liquid, sauté for 1 minute. Add tomato, onion, string beans and shiitake mushroom, sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until string bean, onion and mushroom are soft. If it gets dry in the skillet, add some water.
