Chicken with Peas and Mushrooms in a Balsamic Glaze

A quick and easy weeknight dinner that packs a lot of flavor with only a little effort. Serve over rice or quinoa for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Chicken pieces with the skin removed (enough for your family)
Wondra flour to lightly bread the chicken
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced onion
1 cup frozen peas
Chicken broth
Balsamic vinegar
