1/3 cup artichoke hearts
1 garlic clove
2 basil leaves
1/2 cup purified water
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1/4 tsp each sea salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili pepper
topping - coconut cream, chili sauce, cracked pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil
