Chinese Food Recipe: Cold Noodles with Shredded Chicken and Sesame Sauce

250g raw noodle
100g chicken leg
200g cucumber
100g carrot
30ml vegetable oil
5ml vinegar
15g scallion
15g ginger
5g garlic
15ml dark soy sauce
50g sesame sauce
5ml sesame oil
10ml spicy pepper oil
5g sugar
Boil the chicken leg with the ginger. Take meat of the chicken leg and tear into thin strips. Cut the carrot and the cucumber into thin strips. Blanch the carrot for 15 seconds. Chop finely the garlic and the scallion. Cook the noodle in boil water with strong fire for 2 minutes. Cool in water and drain. Blend with the vegetable oil. Blend the sesame sauce with 50ml water. Add the vinegar, the sesame oil, the spicy pepper oil, the salt, the sugar, the scallion and the garlic to make the flavoring sauce. Put the vegetable strips on top of the noodle and pour the flavoring sauce on the top. Stir when eating.
