Chinese Food Recipe: Prawn Ball with Oyster Oil

Exceptional marine delicacy while fairly easy and fast to prepare!

500g marine prawn
30ml oyster oil
30ml vegetable oil
2 red peppers
2 heads of ciboulette
Chop the ciboulette and red peppers. Remove the shells of the prawns. Break the prawn from the back with a knife and remove the alimentary canals. Heat the vegetable oil in a Frying pan. Sauté the prawns, the ciboulette and the peppers with the oyster oil. Finish when the prawns are fully cooked and begun to wrap like balls, and the oyster oil evenly covers the materials.
