1 lb stir fry beef (or flank steak cut into thin strips)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp canola oil
1/4 C peanut butter
3 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 T brown sugar
2 tsp sriracha (you may increase if you prefer more spice)
1 bag frozen vegetable medley, prepared (suggested medley of broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas & water chestnuts
1/4 C peanuts, chopped
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch

1/4 C peanut butter

1.Sprinkle beef with baking soda. Marinate 15 minutes.
