Dosa batter: 2 cups
Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Finely shredded cabbage: ¼ cup
Finely shredded carrot: ¼ cup
Finely chopped spring onions: 2
Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
Finely chopped ginger: ¼ inch
Finely chopped and deseeded green chili: 1
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste.
