Chipotle Fish Tacos with Cilantro Peach Salsa

These fish tacos are perfect for a dinner on the patio! This salsa goes with everything but really adds a pop of sweet heat to your smokey chipotle tacos!

3 pounds grill-able fish, at least an inch thick (we used Basa)
Flour and Corn tortillas

Chipotle Marinade:
5 garlic cloves
5 whole chipotles
2 tablespoons adobo sauce (from the can of chipotles)
½ cup olive oil
zest from one lime
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
black pepper

Cilantro Peach Salsa:

4 peaches, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons jalapeño, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/8 cup lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
