2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp crusted red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
3 large cloves garlic, minced
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 ½ lbs petite sirloin steak
8 burrito size flour tortillas
2 cups cooked brown rice, mixed with 1 tbsp lime juice
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
1 ½ cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1 tbsp chili powder
