2 Tbsp coconut flour (you can substitute almond flour or ground flaxseed)
1 1/2 Tbsp stevia
1 Tbsp cocoa powder, heaping
1 egg
3 Tbsp almond milk
1 Tbsp coconut oil
splash of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon or chili powder for a kick
