Chocolate Bacon

Delicious crispy bacon coverd in your favorite kind of chocolate. I used dark chocolate here and decorated with Christmas sprinkles.

12 oz (or one package) of thick cut bacon
1 lb of Wilton candy melts
decorative candies or sprinkles

Place bacon on a cooling rack that you have sprayed with cooking spray, on a cookie sheet. Cook bacon at 400 for approximately 25 minutes or until crispy. Let all of the bacon cool. Melt the chocolate...
