Chocolate Banana Pancakes

Oh, how I love these pancakes. I crave them throughout the day. I usually have them for breakfast but if I am having a chocolate craving or want something sweet, I will have these for my after school snack. It keeps me from eating whatever the kids are eating when they get home.

1/2 cup whole grain oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 large egg white or use 2 tsp. dehydrated egg white
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c water
1/2 c grated zucchini (optional)
2 T lite Chocolate syrup
2 bananas
4 T No fat Cool Whip
