Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Almost 15 grams of protein in this gluten free chocolate cake!

½ avocado, finely mashed
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon carob powder
2 tablespoons brown rice protein powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons organic chocolate chips
? teaspoon vanilla extract
? teaspoon sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a mug and mix very well, making sure that egg and avocado are thoroughly combined Microwave for 2 minutes, or until done (2½ minutes max) Serve with ice cream or by itself, enjoy!
