Cholent or Chunt

This is an ancient Jewish dish I simplified because I'm lazy. It is just incredible and the secret ingredient is heat: I let the pot 18 hours in a very low heat electric grill or in the minimum temperature in the oven. Of course you can use your slow cooker or crockpot in two cycles of 8 hours each on slow heat. The picture doesn't show the eggs when done because Mijael family like it so much they didn't give Mijael time to take the picture before eating them with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

1 kg cow meat with bone ( sealed in saucepan )
10 small potatoes unpeeled
10 eggs
2 big onions sliced in 4
1 can of concentrate of tomatoe
2 table spoon of honey
Salt ( pepper, paprika )
Combine all in large pot. Fill with water. Boil 10 minutes and then set in the oven on minimum temperature or in an electric grill for 18 hours. No kidding, don't cheat on that. Trust me, it is a complete...
