A juicy burger, that's bursting with flavor!

1 lb. lean ground chicken (lean turkey would work well too)
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
the juice from one small lime
your favorite burger fixins- buns, onion, avocado, mustard or mayo, tomato and lettuce

Prepare and preheat grill to about 350 degrees. *If you don’t have a grill these could easily be cooked in a skillet or in the oven.
